MANISTIQUE – The Sunset View Condominiums recently received its “first dollar” from Schoolcraft Tourism and Commerce. The condominiums are located just outside of Manistique on Indian Lake.
Erin Labar, marketing intern for Schoolcraft Tourism and Commerce, recently presented a first dollar to Jennifer Holt, owner of Sunset View Condominiums located on Indian Lake.
The condos are owned and operated by Jennifer Holt and her husband. The couple moved to the area from Alaska in 2020 and say they fell in love with the location, as well as the similarities it has with their previous home.
Holt stated she has a high priority to provide residents with “wellness traveling” and she incorporates that into their business. While staying at Sunset View Condominiums, guests have access to an edible garden with veggies, herbs, and herbal teas.
There are six units located at Sunset View Condominiums, each giving a unique “cabin” feel.
Holt says the location, right on Indian Lake, is perfect for people traveling through, local residents that want a little time away from their own backyard, or families looking to start a new tradition for a vacation.
While they are fully booked for this summer, Holt says there is a lot of availability for the fall months.
