SineTech is a new technology company based in Manistique that offers a variety of technical systems used in small businesses. SineTech provides computer sales and service, networking, cybersecurity support, telephone systems, video surveillance and security, and access control systems to small businesses in the Central UP.
SineTech can also upgrade or repair broken computers and help customers take advantage of cloud-based services to keep data secure and accessible while lowering costs.
Their SineTech Certified Program offers off-lease high-performance business-class computers for approximately half the cost of a new one.
Owner, Mike Hoar, has more than 30 years of experience in information technology, serving both large and small organizations. For the past several years, he has been particularly focused on the cybersecurity threat that he says faces anyone with a connection to the Internet.
“I am really excited to serve the small business community here in Manistique and throughout the Central UP,” said Hoar. “I know that small businesses have the same needs for performance, reliability, and security in their technical systems as large corporations. I feel that small businesses in the Upper Peninsula have been underserved with few options for technical support and I am enthusiastic to provide these services.”
